    we are not facebook Google or qualcomm. This is Pretty standard in the industry. Worst is no special event days off such as wedding days off I guess.

    The vacation (20 days a year) given is really nice and the company (in the US) usually shuts down the week of Thanksgiving. The healthcare plans offered are "ok" but they are better than what you would get at a small company.
