    The worst part is the 401k isn't a full match (it's up to 75% match of a 6% max contribution) and also that there is no Maternity Leave offered. The medical benefits are expensive, but the company does contribute a fair amount into it. They will allow for spouses to be included on the plan, even if they have work coverage as long as the employee covers a small monthly fee. There are also many options for coverage ranging from low premium HMO's to more comprehensive low deductible PPO plans. The company offers a great deal of fringe benefits including life insurance, LTD and educational assistance.
