Employee Comments

    Former Employee in Chicago, Illinois

If you are able to take place in the stock purchasing program, it is one of the best available.

  • Dec 28, 2014
Current Vice President in Morristown, New Jersey

Income potential, flexible schedule and complete career control

  • Dec 3, 2014
Current Branch Operations Manager in Salt Lake City, Utah

There's a wide range of choices with health, dental, vision. There's also great stock participation plans and pension. The 401k plan's employer contributions depends on AXA declaring good company revenues. You may or may not receive 401k employer matching as it depends on revenues each year.

  • Dec 13, 2014
    Former Employee in Boston, Massachusetts

best part is they make sure you understand and have access to everything.

  • Dec 12, 2014
Former Financial Professional in Woodbury, New York State

Best - decent 401k and there is currently a match, there is shareplan you can participate in, potential pension for longevity and commissions over time.

Worst - instability. no real help navigating and getting answers to questions you have.

  • Oct 24, 2014
Current Employee in New York, New York State

health insurance, 401 (k), store discounts, investments, qualifying trips , tours

worst: you need to pay for your business and rent your office

  • Oct 22, 2014
Former Financial Professional in Fort Worth, Texas

The best thing is the "Shareplan." A special type of stock benefit that lets you buy company stock with leverage, with no downside. Everything else is very standard, if not a little bit on the stingy side. There's a stock purchase plan, health insurance at a decent rate, 3% 401(k) match (with 3 year cliff vesting), even a pension if you make enough money and stick around long enough

  • Sep 29, 2014
Current Financial Consultant in Buffalo, New York State

Best thing about AXA's benefits package is a full array of insurance benefits, along with the highest pay structure in the industry and great bonuses and equity bonuses

  • Sep 25, 2014
    Former Employee in Stamford, Connecticut

I was not not applicable but their compensation package was more of an employee contributor role.

  • Sep 30, 2014
Former Financial Consultant in Bellevue, Washington State

They only pay commissions. They tell you there's a base pay option at first but then wont allow you to take it once you've been hired.
