    It's a strong plan with a solid variety of benefit offerings. The 401K match is amazing, and you have three medical benefit options to choose from, which has significantly saved me money while adding to my HSA pre-tax savings.

    Aaron's offers all associates a comprehensive Medical plan. Aaron's also offers Vision and Dental Insurance. All insurance is effective on Day 60 of employment and has a 30-day enrollment period. Associates are eligible for a 401(k) Plan effective Day 1 of employment, and the company matches 4%. Additionally, Aaron's offers tuition reimbursement, short- and long- term disability options, and life insurance coverage. The benefits are attractively priced as long as you are not a routine tobacco user.

    solid pay scale for the base but bonus structure is completely out of reach. You can be the #1 division and not make a dollar in bonus.
