Amazing benefits! Co-pay was always $25. 10 days paid vacation, accrues yearly. Automatically given 5 paid sick days upon hire date. And automatically given 3 person days upon hire date.

The benefit package is pretty standard. Medical dental and vision. Paid vacation and sick days.

Didn't use any of the employee benefits mainly the only one being is health insurance. You get a discounts on the cloths but often promotions and coupons lead to customers getting better deals.

The best is Health Insurance- medical/dental/vision/RX- Have yet to find a company with a better plan for the prices. 401k contributions are matched at comparable rates to other companies in industry. Life Insurance and Short/Lt disability also very good part of package at no extra cost to employees.

Vacation/personal/sick paid time off is "ok"....could be better in terms of length of service and flexibility for approving PTO.

The best thing in the benefit package is the 401K

This is based on what other employees had told me about their benefits. I was still under my parent's health insurance plan so I did not op to have benefits through AnF. I did however start a tax free flex account through the benefits program and had lasik surgery on my eyes. I can see great and the benefits center was very friendly and helpful. Plus I saved $400 in taxes towards my surgery.

Perks Card that had many offers such as groupon things and many offers. Good for college students.

    Very comprehensive benefits package, overall.

We get no benefits, this job pays very low and it's impossible if you want to live off from it. You probably need a second job or something.
