The only benefit that comes with being an Abercrombie & Fitch associate is the 30% discount. Other then that you have to deal with shitty pay and rarely getting any hours of work.

  • Dec 28, 2014
Former Employee in New Albany, Ohio

Great benefits in general. Paid time off, 401k match, health insurance, really anything you would expect from a company this large.

  • Jan 17, 2015
Former Sales Associate in Seattle, Washington State

Young fun co-workers, horrible young ambitious managers. You have to buy their clothes to wear it during work, high turnover and they can unexpectedly cut your hours (very unstable, unreliable job). NO benefits for full-time employees.
