The best thing is that when profits are high and they also win sales contests with other stores they provide free food and meals to their employees. But the bad thing about Insurance benefits is its only for Full time, and not part time.I also like that they give employee discount but its NOT on everything.Hours also can change without notice sometimes so you have to keep track of your schedule.

Full time employees get 2 weeks vacation and sick time without waiting a year. The employee discount is very generous.

401K is through Wells Fargo, Academy matches your contribution dollar for dollar to 6%, amount is vested immediately. Health Insurance just changed to Cigna, not the best. 2 weeks paid vacation for full time associates, you receive a 3rd week after 5 years with the company and incremental increases the longer your tenure. The company does not allow you to roll over any unused vacation time to the next year. Sick time is earned on each paycheck, not allowed to have more than 96 hours of sick time accrued. Employee discount is 20%.

paid vacation, holiday pay, time and a half pay, discounts with la quinta hotels and mobile devices.

They work with schedule really well. The worst part is probably the sick time. You get sick time when full time but if you have to go to part time, which most people do, you lose it all and never get paid for it.
