This reflects USA benefits, and a lot has changes for 2015, so take this with a grain of salt.

    1) Short Term Leave of Absence policy was very generous - above market - until changes made in calendar 2015. However - and good luck proving it - Senior Management will hold it against you and your career progression.

    2) Significant changes made to health benefits this year, which remain to be seen.

    3) Good 401(k) match, which only a few years ago would have been considered standard, but today would be considered generous.

    4) I also like the push towards remote work, although that will depend on your role.

    5) Pardon the informality, but employees were royally screwed in the most recent bonus for FY14.

    6) ESPP is available and while the stock has been flat until recently, offers a 15% immediate return if you choose to short sell, and ACN pays a dividend.
