    The best thing about the benefits package is the shutdown in July and December as well as a paid sabbatical after 5 years of service

    Amazing benefits package all around! Love the liberal time-off policy(2-3 weeks, or "as agreed upon with your manager") and sabbatical (extended paid time off eatery five years). Lots of great healthcare plan options (love that they offer an HSA). And the employee stock purchase plan is fantastic! Really nothing bad to say except to note the inequality of total benefits value realized by single employees vs those with families.

    Benefits package was nearly 50% of my base salary. But they changed my status from Exempt seemingly arbitrarily so lost some perks. I was laid off in one of the rounds of resizing.

    The company doesn’t offer any bonus to individual contributers . Only managers are eligible for bonus. Most good software technology companies offer bonus to them as well (the amount is usually determined by grade). Individual contributers have skills that are not valued. Very few managers are Mentor material (most are average or less than average)
