Excellent time off policy. Plenty of days off and easy to take off what you need, and the 5 and 10 year sabbatical is amazing.

Best : 401K match, Sabbatical, Gym reimbursement, free public transportation passes and employee discounts.
Worst: If you don't take a lot of vacation you don't collect vacation pay. On the upside, if you take a lot of vacation you get 2 weeks of company shut down and PTO is based on manager approval (no limit)
