    Great medical, dental, vision. Great accident and life insurance. There really isn't a limit to the time off within reason if you work with your manager. Wellness program where they give you money for wellness activities.

    Very comprehensive. Includes the standard items like health insurance, but also life insurance, disability etc. Includes several small items that are nice to have too, like software, Wall Street Journal subscription and access to Lynda.com for training.

    Good health insurance. Great 401k management benefits. Excellent stock program. Very good vacation (esp after a few years). Good sabbatical program, but not nearly as good as it used to be.

    My favorite perk is during summer we have a 1-week company shutdown during the week of 4th of July, as well as ~2 weeks during Christmas, which don't count towards your vacation days, which also are unlimited, though, there is no such thing as unlimited vacation anywhere.

    A downside of the benefits package is, I would like to have the ability of using pre-tax dollars for my commute expenses, as well as maybe a more generous contribution on the 401k match.

    Best benefits package I've had since the 90s.Was eligible for benefits even for part-time work (24 hrs/wk). And if you waive benefits, you even get some money back.

    Generous vacation time, shutdown for a week between Christmas and New Year and again in July - plus 2-3 weeks off as PTO. 5 year sabbatical, 401K match and health benefits are good.

    Adobe has great benefits. You can contribute up to 25% percent of your salary to ESPP. They do 3% match on 401K. It has all the general insurance benefits. There is a $1200 contribution from the company for dependent care per child. Time off is kind of interesting, it's take as much time as you need. So use it or loose it. This also includes about 2.5 weeks of forced payed shutdown a year. The company used to have a vacation plan and I actually liked that more since you could manage the hours yourself and could accrue for longer time off. There is also a very generous sabbatical program. Every 5 years you can take 4-6 weeks off depending on time of service.
