Medical benefits are unreasonably high, as are most now days. Family/work balance is wonderful and hard to find.

They are very fair in making sure that benefits are affordable and address employees needs, When you are an hourly employee, you know it is prudent to have benefits, but you have to weigh the cost, to your take home pay and living expenses.

The best thing about the benefits package is the health insurance and the long and short term insurance options. The worst thing about the benefits package is the company perks and vacation.

Industry average vacation and benefits. Allowed 3 days flex holiday time off. Everything entered into a tracking system. Vacation days are accrued.

Great benefits! Health care, 401k, FSA, good work/life balance. Paid time off which accrued quickly and was hassle free to use.

Health insurance very expensive compared to other CPGs. $10K+ for family coverage out of pocket a (monthly and deductible) prior to actually seeing a doctor if you have any health issues of on-going meds needed. 401K match withheld until end of year (rumor is it is not even a guarantee it will be received), no ability unless in very, very senior levels to gain ownership of the company which has almost doubled in value the last two years

They offer all the normal benefits that you would expect; health, life, 401k, etc. I opted out of the plan because of personal cucumstances.

I finally started getting paid vacation time after my first 3 years, though I don't recall them telling me about it, I just noticed it on my paycheck last year. Unfortunately, I noticed at the end of the year so had to forfeit all 40 hours because I had not used them.

The part time health ins. Sucks. Full time health insurance can be little pricey, but you have choices. In fact you have a lot of choice in your benefit options. Great amount of Holiday paid days off. Vacation and floating holidays.

Vacation, various health insurance options, and benefits are all great!
