Health insurance subsidized to the tune of 90%! Wide variety of plans available. 25 days PTO, no real cap though, 11 company holidays and Friday half days in July every year. 401(k) match is so low as to be non-existent. Office is dead between November and December which makes it possible to really enjoy the holidays.
