Stellar benefits! The standard medical, dental, vision, 401K are all above average. It is the additional perks (paid maternity leave, flexible schedules, flex time for working out and volunteering, additional company holidays, designated email-free weekends, etc, etc) that really set Advisory Board apart.

The benefits are average for a large employer; not great but also not bad. Salary compensation is very much tied to performance and high performers are rewarded.

401k matching is not consistent, no ownership to anyone -- only the top of the top benefit from company success.

5 weeks paid vacation after 2 years, telework program, health insurance and health fairs, extra paid days off, summer hours, jeans casual attire every day, gym discounts, free food on certain floors, 10 hours volunteer time off per month,

Good benefits and wish they had better 401k and stock options
