Good benefits, but slightly pricey.
The company offers 10 days PTO for new employees and once you have worked there for a year you receive unlimited. The healthcare packages are quite pricey as I currently pay $77 a week for the cheapest options.
The average cost of health with dental will run you close to $320 a month and most dental/doctors don't take the insurance. 10 days of PTO to start and moves to unlimited after a year. You are pushed to work on your PTO and you will be expected to somehow put in extra work that you missed. Creates a very stressful and toxic work environment.
Unlimited PTO after a year, 3 days WFH after a year and free diabetic supplies

The hybrid work schedule is great. They give a lot of freedom in terms work flexibility. They give free snacks each month, strong recruiter training, and account management training. In addition, they offer monthly happy hours as well as team events which brings everyone together. Finally, after one year there is unlimited PTO which I feel is possible to take advantage of as long as the work is getting done. The 401(k) match is nice as well but you do have to wait a while to get access to it.
