Current Customer Care Specialist in Westminster, Colorado

They match up to 5% towards your 401k pretax contribution each pay period. You get a discount on stock. The health and dental insurance is the best I've ever had, without it I wouldn't be here.

Current Global Support Representative in Columbus, Ohio

The company is continuously working to improve the benefits package. It is probably one of the better ones for call centers in this area.

  • Dec 19, 2014
Current Senior Project Manager in Columbus, Ohio

Compensation is above average and the company ensures everyone stays within the range by having annual adjustments based on Cost of Living Increases.

Medical insurance doesn't cover very much. One accident or hospitalization and you will be wiped out financially.

Current Senior Coordinator, Sales Support in Columbus, Ohio

This company is very competitive in their benefits package. It makes an effort to ensure that the employees have what they need to live fulfilling lives at work and at home.

Very good health insurance, 401k matching, occasional stock profit sharing and good work/life balance.

Still great medical coverage. Has done great job protecting associates from raising costs.

HR is not familiar with the benefit details of those provider's they utilize. An Employee needing to utilize benefits are directed to a company website, any additional information needs to be sought from that provider. At times the provider's benefit explanation would be in direct conflict with the ADS explanation of that benefit.

  • Aug 22, 2014
Current Employee in San Francisco, California

    Health insurance very very expensive.

  • Aug 8, 2014
    Current Employee in Plano, Texas

5% match for 401K (increased to 7% after 3 years), great paid time off policy, solid medical (3 plans), dental and vision plans with reasonable employee deductions, overall a great benefits package, competitive or better than most company this size. Training opportunities are also available regularly, continued education reimbursement, child care back up plan and more!
