Best: home office campus has many amenities; things like car mechanic, child care, fitness center, on-campus doctor's office, convenience store(s), etc. For someone who's commuting between Allstate and Chicago, these things are a great time-saver.

Worst: Vacation and Sick days are pulled from the same "pool". This is far from terrible, as they offer a normal-to-generous amount, but it's nice to have separate time for separate events.
