    Pros: You start off with 14 PTO days in Charlotte, NC Express Office. Health plans are expensive, but come in handy.
    Cons: No sick days and they use all of your PTO without asking you if you would like for it to be used. Any Emergency time you take is also taken out of your PTO bank.

    This is honestly one of the better benefits packages out there. Sure, it's costly to the employee but they are one of the few company's still offering a pension. Health is expensive with copays and co insurance. (Or as I like to call it the sick penalty)
    PTO is insanely generous. 28 days with 2 years service? That rarely happens. They are "family friendly" which is annoying if you don't like children. But I have never worked at a place that was so employee friendly before. Makes it hard to leave despite being paid 20% less on average.
