    Former Employee in Dallas, Texas

fairly good benefits overall, vacation max accrual and cash out option eliminated which was probably best benefit

Typical benefits package, but nothing to write home about. Decent health, vision and dental options with payroll deduction for the level of plan you choose. There are usually at least 2 options for plans. The providers seem to change every year. You can set aside pre-tax dollars into a FSA or healthcare savings account. The company offers a 401K with 3% matching, which is managed through Prudential retirement and offers a choice of funds within the Prudential retirement plan portfolio. Telecommuting is very common at least in part, where people telecommute on certain days, or from time to time as needed. Some people telecommute entirely. There's not much in the way of company social events or social life.

  • Oct 6, 2014

US Salaries on the lower side. Management needs to do a benchmark of market often.
