Benefits package is somewhat the industry standard

Three-tier health insurance plan thru Anthem Blue Cross (top plan has no annual deductible and is $61 bi-weekly for single employee. $128 for employee+dependent), 150 hours PTO (only need 2 day notice to submit requests), 13 paid holidays, 87 hours sick leave, 3 day bereavement for extended family, 7 day bereavement for immediate family. Vision and dental are very inexpensive (less than $6 bi-weekly).

Sick leave works a little differently. Employees can only use sick-leave when they are out for 5, or more consecutive days. For employees to receive payment from their sick leave pool, they must submit forms from the physician who is treating them, which is then approved thru Cigna.

I've had better benefits, but they were pretty good.
No bicycle commuter benefits though, which are provided by the US Government, weird.
