great health insurance, a good bit of PTO (however difficult to EVER use due to job demands), good matching on retirement plan

Great number of days off right from the start, and grows fairly quickly.

The health insurance is pretty good and there is a decent amount of PTO. I feel supported by the benefits.

I had an emergency surgery and was impressed how there was no problems with any of the bills or EOB's. Appears the ACS can select great companies to provide benefits to their employees!

The paid time off and health insurance are incomparable!

The vacation days. You get a birthday day, a work anniversary day, and 20 vacation days with 10 days you can roll over.

    Very generous paid time off....

The company has a 403B Retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision plan. I wish there was a plan to compensate for overtime hours worked.

I had excellent health benefits at ACS. Some complained that it was expensive, but when I got pregnant and delivered my son, the only thing I paid was a $35 copay at my first visit!
