Seems like a well put together package. Just need to find time to use the benefits...

Over all, the benefits are very solid. The Employee Stock Purchase Plan is the most favorable allowed by law (15% discount, and you can invest up to 10% of your salary), which is uncommon. Apple's paid parental leave is short (6 weeks) compared to others in the industry. 401(k) match is typical, 50% up to 6% of salary.

Health benefit was awesome. My whole family was originally on my plan because it was better than my wife's old company's plan. Also 401k and stock options, Discounted product.

Excellent health insurance/dental coverage for both part time and full time employees. Also $300 gym reimbursement, up to $100/mo. for mass transit and a great ESPP/401k.

Benefits are generally pretty good. Comparison to other companies (Google) make some benefits lacking. But, on the whole a good package.

Probably one of the best in the nation. There are also Financial seminars, to help you understand how to start saving, buying stock etc. You need to be proactive and take the time to find out where those resources are. The retail Managers are very good, however, at making you aware of the new benefits.
