Vacation time that begins after only a quarter year employment

  • Jan 7, 2015
Former Assistant Manager in Knoxville, Tennessee

Company paid 75% of monthly insurance payments for salary management.

  • Jan 3, 2015
    Current Cashier in Fogelsville, Pennsylvania

You get paid vacation after two years.

  • Nov 6, 2014
Former Team trainer/prep in High Point, North Carolina

2014 the company goes way out to make sure we don't work enough hours to get health benefits.

  • Sep 25, 2014
    Current Employee in Goshen, Indiana

50% off Food, Free Drinks, a clean work environment (seriously, we are kind of neat-freaks) all are great benefits for working at Arby's.

  • Sep 9, 2014
Former General Manager in Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky

great benefits. Vacation and personal days that you can actually use in a fast food place is rare. Standard company match 401k plan and company contribution to health insurance is fair.

Current Shift Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

pretty much no benefits unless you're an assistant or higher, you are eligible for a weeks paid vacation only if you're a shift manager or higher and you've been in that position for a year.

  • Aug 20, 2014
    Current Employee in Akron, Ohio

Vacation is available after you have worked an average of over 30 hours in a year. Worked here for 10 years but only work 29.98 hours? No vacation or any paid time off for you.
Time off is 'requested off'. This means it can be ignored. This includes asking you two weeks before your vacation to reschedule because they "need you this week"
