Basic plan for family was $286/month in 2014, which included medical, dental, prescription and eye care. Copay was $30, and $45 for specialist. Non-participation in health screening adds $50/month to premium. Spouse with available insurance cannot participate in AP's plan. 401K match 100% on first 3% and 50% on next 3% (max 4.5% match on 6% contribution). Lease ends in 2017 in Cranbury and will not be renewed, facility may be downsized and/or relocated. Ongoing effort to move to the cloud and outsource job functions. Vacation: 3 weeks after 4 years, 4 after 5, 5 after 15. 8 paid holidays and 3 personal days.

401K very good and the amount of vacation time is great. Also, sick days are separate from vacation days so you don't have to burn vacation if you or your child is sick. Health insurance is changing with the signing of the new contract with the union. I believe there is an optional sabbatical at the end of 10 years.
