    limited sick time, and vacation is accrued based on longevity with the company. Great health insurance and they do offer a great FSA.

    The benefits package at Avanade is good compared to industry with strong (but not excellent) medical, a lackluster dental, 401k, strong internal training program. Unfortunately, since 2008/2009 the medical plan has been eroded year after year, going from excellent to just good. Also tuition reimbursement makes use of the benefits provided to employees for technology. It's not true tuition reimbursement which can really harm employees from advanced education that enables promotion to more senior leadership roles.

    The benefits provided don't cover in the Northeast and are more for Northwest states since many providers
    are not available in the Northeast. My wife's benefits were 100 times better than Avanade's benefits.
