    Nothing bad at all considering that many companies no longer even offer a pension plan.

    It's automatic, you don't need to do or contribute anything.

    Great pension plan. Everything is self service; but easy to manage and track. One of the few companies to have pension plans

    Pension is great, they contribute 7%, vested in 3 years.

    BP is one of the few companies that still offers a pension so everything about having one awesome!
