401K match to 5%. Yearly pension % based on age. Increases with age. Health insurance mediocre. Relatively affordable for family with more than one option of care.

BHI has a decent matching 401k plan and pension. Benefits are pretty good

Great 401k.. rated 6th in the nation. Mediocre health insurance

Overall benefit package is above average for the industry. 401K match coupled with company contribution with an additional pension. Good health coverage as well.

The benefits were better when we were centrilift. We had double time and better holiday pay. The vacation is great, they match up to 5% 401k, employee stock purchase is at a 15% discount every 6 months, we are on a 3/4 shift 12 hours a day or night rotating days of the week every 3 months, but I love it. The holiday pay is messed up. If we are scheduled to work that day we only get 8 hrs of pay (4 hrs short) but if you are scheduled off you get 8 extra hours for nothing. The insurance premiums are low if you are single but the deductibles are high. We get $500 a year in our HSA to offset it a little. They pay for your education after a year of employment. Our division is very top heavy but overall a great place to work.

401k 5% match. Pension. Solid bonuses if pay grade is high enough. Vacation on low side (2 weeks until 5 yrs of service). Add week of vacation for each 5 years of service to a max of 5 weeks vacation.

Wonderful health insurance, 401K plans and stock benefits! Reasonable amount of vacation time given to the number of years employed.

Stock Options, HSA, 401K, Sign Bonus. Health insurance isn't great but thank Obama for that.

benefits too expensive for a family plan, they are good if you are single
