The best things were related to van pool partially paid by the company, given the office is located faraway and certainly their matched 401K (up to 6 percent). The bad thing was that they do not have really sick days. You need to discuss your sick days with your supervisor. Plus the company's private pension plan is not vested for 3 years. So, if they lay you off prior to that time, you get nothing.

100% matching 401K up to 5%. Pension from 0 to 4.5% depending on your age. 15% discount of Baker Hughes stock which is purchased twice per year. Maximum contribution per year is $10,000. Health insurance is a PPO or you can choose a Health Savings Account. Flexible Spending Account was great.

The health insurance is insane. I've never had insurance so good. I have been to the dr my son had been to the dr and an urgent care, we both got prescriptions and we obit owed about 25 dollar so far. Zero Co pays anywhere. And the insurance is cheap i selected the choice plus plan and it's the cheapest option you can get

Overall a very good benefits package. Relatively low cost insurance. The worst part of the benefits is the cookie cutter "one size fits all" type of benefits. More flexibility and options would be appreciated.

Great 401k company match, generous charity contribution matching.
3 years to get vested for pension.

Laid off but excellent severance package. I worked there for a short period of time after graduating college then our district closed down in less than a year. The company allowed me to keep my sign on bonus along with 60 days pay and an addition severance amount. Very generous for the short time I was with them.
