Never used it but you get three months off to bond.

Best I could ever imagine in any industry. For prospective parents, this is a major consideration. Both new mothers and new fathers get 12 weeks (12 weeks!!!) paid time off to begin bonding with the family. It's a fantastic perk that is actually used most of the time. I did it 3 times in 4 years and never once felt like my manager or peers had an issue with it. AN EXCELLENT PROGRAM with great support internally!

3 months off paid - very solid, but in a role with a bonus, you only get your salary.
