Best part of BOA is the training and credibility you receive from working here. All other banks want ex BOA employees. It is an extremely goaded and high expectations for sales with all associates in every retail position from teller to manager. High expectations on procedural requirements which I enjoyed as smaller banks can sometimes skim past, ultimately exposing you and your company to risk. Benefits are great in comparison to smaller banks. Expect to work hard for your money. Best systems to work on love the technology they offer to employees and customers.
