Baxter allows for a choice on the types of benefits you can choose, so the cost may vary. I ended picking kaiser and i pay little out of pocket and have a great doctor. I picked DHMO for dental and I have a great dentist and have great coverage. I pay little out of pocket.

By today standards the benefits are average as far as the health benefits. Time off and sick are generous. Depending on the organization level you are at the employee contribution are a little high for what is covered.

Annual compensation increases used to be very competetive. However, the percentages seem to go down every year. It makes it very difficult to keep up with the cost of living for employees who are in their positions long-term.
