    Current Employee in Austin, Texas

401K and medical are great benefits that are provided.

Good News - 6 paid holidays, 5 sick days, Berevement leave ( must be Full time) matching contributions to 401K, job security ( no disiplinary for poor attendence)
Bad News - No bonus, no short term or long term disability, poor quality health insurance, 10 cents to 25 cents annual raise for hourly, management 1-2% annual raise, no internal promotions - hire from outside. Reduced Full time from 40 hours to now 30 hours; therefore reduced FT associates; again low morale for this.
Overall - Do more with less, morale extremely low, no good deed goes unpunished - dissatisfied

typical retail with no pension plan and no short-term or long-term disability benefits. good vacation benefits and paid holidays off.

    Former Employee in Olathe, Kansas

Employee match is 3% in the 401k plan. Health benefits are good. Vision plan barely covers anything.

  • Mar 21, 2015
Former Assistant Store Manager in Orland Park, Illinois

The cost is reasonable but the deductibles are high.

  • Mar 10, 2015
    Current Employee in Miami, Florida

It cost a lot for the medical and dental coverage so I choose not to have it and go through another provider.

  • Apr 1, 2015
Former Cashier, Customer Service in Chicago, Illinois

The worst part about the benefits package was that it was only offered to full-time employees and some locations only have a hand full of full-time employees.

  • Mar 12, 2015
Current Employee in Union, New Jersey

No long term disability coverage, no maternity leaves, no vision coverage, health insurance barely covers anything.

Former Employee in Union, New Jersey

Great benefit package including health ins, 401k, etc.

  • Mar 15, 2015
Current Senior Programmer/Analyst Data Warehouse in Union, New Jersey

There is only one plan offered, so there isn't much of a choice. High Deductibles.
