    The best benefits are the twenty days starting vacation, plus the company reimburses volunteer hours with vacation time. Healthcare is great too.

    They push you to the high deductible health plan by making the other plans very high priced and out of most people's ranges.

    It has a decent 401k match - 100% for the first 3%

    Everything else seems barely decent.
    Not sure though. I haven't been exposed to many packages/companies.

    Benefits are probably the best thing about Blackbaud. Very comprehensive medical coverage, good PTO, immediate 401k employer matching, etc.

    Medical benefits were adequate but every year they expected employees to pay a higher percentage of cost share. Overall compensation was not keeping pace with competitors.

    All benefits start on day one! Great PTO, 401k, tuition reimbursement as well as good dental, medical and vision programs. There's also a great program that allows you to volunteer outside work hours to earn additional vacation days each year.
