Employee Comments

BEST: Health and Dental Insurance. Fully paid for you and your family. $5 copays. No deductibles.

WORST: Non-competitive salaries because 'insurance is part of the total compensation package.' Insurance does pay utilities, rent, mortgage, or all those other monthly bills.

Outstanding benefits overall- 3 weeks of vacation at start increasing to 4 weeks with a lot of scope to manage your own time. Maternity/paternity leave. 401k contribution, excellent health care with minimal copayment. Can go to non-plan provider and be reimbursed at 80%.
