Great Benefits, Work From home depends on Managers.

The benefits package covered more than just the standard health care package that is offered by most companies. There were other things like discounts for companies like Dell and AT&T.

Good medical and dental benefits. Good tuition reimbursement program and vacation days. The horrible culture within Broadridge outweighs the good benefits.

All the basic benefits, nothing more than average

  • Nov 24, 2014

only 4.5 matching after 6 months of employment. 1% added tiered after 5 years

  • Nov 21, 2014
Current Director in Deer Park, New York State

I like the mix of benefits Broadridge offers. Compared to other companies I have worked for they are very competitive.

The single worst thing is the vacation policy - only 2 weeks vacation for the first 5 Years even for managers! Over time, there are fewer benefits of value. Company is always looking to cut what is left, but claim they are "an employer of choice" or at least "competitive". They have a vision plan, but only the employee pays for it. No stock purchase plan, horrible overpriced unsubsidised cafeteria, you can "buy" additional vacation days by giving up pay - this is not a benefit!

    Insurance, 401K match best
    Insurance co-pay is more

  • Oct 2, 2014
Former QA Analyst in Jersey City, New Jersey

Broadridge is a great company to work for. Great people and on the job training

Generous retirement package with 401K match. Health coverage is good but has a very high deductable and out of pocket max.
