    The package is alright. Last year was a big change in health benefits. They match less when it comes to 401k but end up matching more for stock purchases.

    - Generous sick leave that is unlimited if doctor's note is provided.
    - 401k matching is poor. Match %2 if you put in %4 with a vesting period and a max of $2500 per year.

    Best: great starting salary for college grads. Stock and 401k match are quite competitive. Worst: Anemic 2% raises and a 3.1% raise when moving from Analyst to Consultant.

    The compensation package is nearly unriveled. A generous sick leave policy, and excellent vacation policy, and a good ESP program.

    The good old days of free health insurance is over but I guess this will suffice. They offer affordable dental, vision, and health. Stock options are also available.
