Best: great starting salary for college grads. Stock and 401k match are quite competitive. Worst: Anemic 2% raises and a 3.1% raise when moving from Analyst to Consultant.

    - Generous sick leave that is unlimited if doctor's note is provided.
    - 401k matching is poor. Match %2 if you put in %4 with a vesting period and a max of $2500 per year.

The compensation package is nearly unriveled. A generous sick leave policy, and excellent vacation policy, and a good ESP program.

The good old days of free health insurance is over but I guess this will suffice. They offer affordable dental, vision, and health. Stock options are also available.

CGI is very much supportive when it comes to benefits package. It has a good SPP plan which contributes to member financial gains.

Just changed healthcare to high deductible plan. For members below management, there is a 3%

The new HSA plan is incredibly expensive, and basically set everyone back 2 years in salary.

Very high deductibles. Couldn't add my family to my insurance because of deductibles and my husband being employed by other company insurance charge extra.
