    The healthcare is absolutely terrible, they spend almost nothing to give their employees decent healthcare. The 401k is equally terrible, with a very long vesting period and a small match. They do have a good SPP program but its also setup to reward management more than others which I find detrimental since everyone shares equal responsibility in success or failure.

    CGI overall has a great benefits package, but the best benefit is the Share Purchase Plan, which matches dollar for dollar (up to 3%). 15 days paid vacation per year. 10 paid sick days. 10 Federal holidays paid.

    Health Insurance is just a High Deductible with HSA, no other options. 401 K match is pretty good. Stock option match is good. They have tuitoon reimbursement.

    The voluntary 3% stock match if you sign is great and you are vested immediately. The health care is a high deductible plan which basically means you do not have any healthcare until you pay $3500 single or $7000 for family.

    Health benefits are not good. With the HSA the employee has to bear a greater share. And the costs seem to be going up every year
