Current Senior Paralegal in Dublin, Ohio

Good: Good coverage health benefits (HSA, HRA, FSA) for medical, dental, vision with half paid by company; life insurance and accidental death paid by company; two on-site cafeterias, coffee shop, wellness center with pharmacy, fitness facility, credit union; small profit sharing if the company does well; 401-K.

Bad: For paralegals, no stock options, no bonuses, small cost of living raises if you work your butt off. Best to negotiate good salary from the start. No carry-over of combined vacation/sick days.

Lots of time off is AWESOME, the health benefits are acceptable but nothing to write home about. The company blames the affordable care act for the costs and lack of coverage for some things with the insurance but being in HEALTHCARE the company should cover just about anything that you would need medically, obviously with deductibles.
