No bonuses for employees below the manager level. Annual pay increase not exceeding 3%. Medical insurance coverage below average among the big corporations of the same size. Only one day off for Christmas. Discourage WFH. No sick days.

Pros: 19 days PTO starting out Cons: This includes Personal and Sick time and depending on the field that you work in you still might not get the days off that you really want or need without getting penelized for them.

Pros: You get 401K starting day 1. Cons if you get a bonus to your 401K you have to be employeed 3 years in order to get it.
Pros: You get all benefits day 1
