    The offer has an unusually comprehensive and affordable set of health insurance options. This is, surprisingly, unusual for the health insurance industry (but not surprisingly, all options are CareFirst plans). There is definitely a focus on the scope of tangible benefits offered, but there are a number of intangible benefits that are not offered, including work-from-home/telework, flex scheduling, or a casual dress code. Some of the strong tangible benefits include generous PTO (plus the option to buy an additional week), up to 5.5% match on 401k, and low-cost health center membership.

    Healthcare Benefits are good, several years with no increases. 401k contributions and Retirement plan. Bonus are paid relative to profitability and Division goals.

    Wonderful benefits package including health, dental vision (of course) and all of the other customary benefits. Tuition assistance after 6 months of employment. Good starting amount of PTO. Overall great benefits offered by this company.
