    Great benefits, employee medical cost

401K only matches 50% to the dollar. Not an industry standard. They (as many other companies have done) have moved to only giving you the match amount twice a year. Instead of giving the .50 of each dollar each time I get paid, it's only at the end of the year. If I leave the company mid year then I don't get my match contribution about from that time period.

Current Tele-Sales Rep in Saint Petersburg, Florida

The best is that it offers both an HSA and regular plan and also vision and dental. It's also fair to the employees. The worse is that it felt like there wasn't any on site support for questions I might have about which plan to go with.

Good benefita package. Competetive pricing lower then my last employer for a better quality company. They have a peer to peer rewards program that you can get gift cards and purchase items from. Its a great perk

Former Operations Specialist in Fountain Valley, California

Best thing is for employees Medical and Dental and Vision are cheap compared to other companies.
Lots of 401K options through T.Rowe Price.

    Former Sales in Minneapolis, Minnesota

The 401k match was the first thing the CEO cut when the company failed to deliver on products to increase revenues. This was reinstated after a mass exodus of reps.

Current Supervisor in Saint Petersburg, Florida

The life insurance isn't pretax like the health insurance. The premiums are not low and copay should be lower

  • Oct 22, 2014

That you were getting charged more each year and getting less with higher deductables.

Great benefits for a large employer.
