    Current Finance in Kokomo, Indiana

Great Health Coverage, company is very understanding with bereavement leave - with all the union holidays and vacation days, there is significant time off.

  • Dec 13, 2014
Current Senior Financial Analyst in Auburn Hills, Michigan

The benefits are okay at best, no paternity leave is fairly antiquated, and the healthcare insurance is pricey for such a large company.

Current Calibration Engineer in Chelsea, Michigan

Speaking for a salaried engineer: Great holiday time (Christmas Eve through New Years day is holiday + the usual stuff), some useful marketplace coupons, lease car options are okay, health insurance is decent but nothing to brag about, vacation starts at 10 days and goes up to 25 days based on service.

Former Engineer in Auburn Hills, Michigan

I was an intern so I actually did not receive much with regards to benefits.

  • Oct 22, 2014
Current CFD Engineer - Thermal Management in Auburn Hills, Michigan

A very good benefit package. Health and Dental insurance are very good.

  • Oct 16, 2014
Former Quality Engineer in Detroit, Michigan

The best thing about the benefits package is the overtime pay and shift premium pay available to employees. The worst thing is the very small discount for purchasing Chrysler cars

  • Oct 24, 2014
Former Business Unit Leader in Detroit, Michigan

Frozen Pension and Poor Evaluation Process. Could Buy additional week vacation and company car program was not really a perk.

  • Oct 16, 2014
Current Resident Engineer in Sterling Heights, Michigan

Best- Health care is very comprehensive and they contribute $480 /year to insurance premiums
Worst- No 401k match, managing your EMRP, no retirement pension plan for employees post bankrupcy

  • Oct 6, 2014
Current Program Manager in Auburn Hills, Michigan

401K does not compare well with other companies.

  • Oct 12, 2014
Former Employee in Saint Louis, Missouri

Contract position, so there were no benefits through Chrysler.
