    Generous paid vacation even as a new hire, plus holidays and time off for illness/emergencies. 401k with great company match and medical/dental/vision plans that surpass most other employers. Citi cares about the health of its employees. Many locations have fitness centers and some even have medical clinics.

Short/Long-Term Disability. 2 Weeks vacation to start (for non-exempt) + 10 holidays + 6 sick days. 3rd week after 5 years or promotion to exempt employee (exempt employees start with 3 weeks). 4th week after 10 years or promotion to Vice President.
