    The health a dental benefits are average at best. Where CIti shines is its 401k matching (6%) of annual salary dollar-to-dollar. It also has one of the best military leave policies in the financial industry. If you are National Guard or Reserve you will get 30 days per year of full paid military leave and the difference between you salary and BASE military salary after that.
