A very remote-work friendly environment. Generous time-off allotments for mid-level+ positions. Respectable 401k matching, after 1 year of service.

The benefits were of the hardstand fare at most large investment banks. Nothing that was out of the ordinary. They did try to involve younger analysts in learning programs.

Citigroup has what I think is one of the best benefits package in the industry. 401k, Medical, Dental, Vision, and Health Care spending accounts. Citigroup has a lot to offer.

It's standard and covers all the important bases. Reasonable amount of vacation time. No stock, smaller bonus than other companies in the industry. Fewer office "perks" than some.

The healthcare spending account and tie ins to the high deductible insurance plan is a very nice package if you don't have much in the way of medical costs.

Unpaid 13 weeks maternity leave. No 401k matching for first year. Best health plan available has deductible and after meeting that deductible you pay 20% of all medical expenses. Citi has the worst benefits out of all investment banks.

Best: there is a health coach program for free, you can deduct the issuance fees if you participate, so it encourage people to take it.

Worst: The medical insurance plan is not good enough.
