    Overall, the benefit package offered is pretty good--above average health care coverage, 4% 401k contributions, etc, including tons of free snacks. However, for someone in IT, being able to work from home on occasion is pretty much expected nowadays, but that's not allowed, so it's a huge down side.

    Pretty great benefits package. Full medical, dental, and vision insurance offered pretty cheap. At the DC office there's also a concierge, free snacks, bikes, segways, yoga, a gym, locker room, metro shuttle, roof deck, and probably more I can't think of. The reviews of the job are one thing, but CoStar takes care of you when it comes to benefits.
