    Though the employee-paid portion of benefits continues to rise, the package offered by Coke is solid. The ability to buy a week's vacation and flex hours are especially appreciated. Love that mental health benefits have been recently increased. Coca-Cola should offer longer paid maternity leaves and also paternity leaves. 6-weeks is just not enough.
