    Coca Cola Refreshments has a very nice 401K and pension. The health insurance however have a very high deductible up front. The vacation and time off is good as well.

    3 Weeks off for salaried, 10 holidays (7 company selected, 3 floating) and can buy additional vacation time (up to 5 days). 401k could be better as they only match 2% I believe. Medical is very good and really cheap. Tuition Reimbursement is great! They claim to offer working from home arrangements, however, you have to commit to do it for six months and its only 2 days a week.

    Co-insurance. You must pay 80% of all your medical bills after you've already contributed from your paycheck.

    The essential package cost 50-60 USD a week, that included life, health, dental, a&d. 401k plan included but not excluded only to KO stock plan, Chase bond fund. (I mean what do you have to lose when you retired, right?)

    The best thing about the Coca-Cola Company's benefits package are the matching 401k, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. The worst thing about the Coca-Cola Company's benefits package are the high insurance rates ($90 every two weeks for a single person) - but I think this includes most every employer supplied insurance these days. They were working on telecommuting positions in 2010; I am not sure if that was fully rolled-out yet.
