Most Talked About Benefits

    Former Employee in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Must be full time to get some benefits, but overall they provide good benefits. Vacation increases w/ each additional year of employment. Excellent employee discounts. Also get discounts with other companies, such as cell phone providers, etc.

    Current Employee in Anchorage, Alaska

High premiums and terrible coverage. Great PTO after a year. Some great discounts on rooms but only in the right markets/seasons.

Current Front Desk Agent in Santa Monica, California

Best thing is that you can get dental as soon as you start but you get full benefits after 1 year
