Benefits are ok, about average for consulting industry. However, discretionary funds for employee learning and development are not generally available e.g. conference, seminar, workshop, professional society membership dues. Tuition assistance is only for programs leading to a degree-graduate certificates regardless of institution running the certification program, do not qualify for tuition assistance.

Good benefits, vacation days increase with tenure, medical benefits are selected through an exchange. 401k could be improved, matching percentage is small.

Vacation is below competitive, no paid short term or long term disability (offered but all employee paid), 401k match is average but you don't get the match until after the year ends. Lots of choices in Healthcare and dental and depending where you live should be able to find something that works well.
