Great and affordable health insurance and your detucibles are that high nor are the monthly costs. They have a 401K plan and 15 days of PTO when you first start. Free parking and access to the building gym for a small monthly fee

The bad thing is that a lot of the building amenities will disappear when they move out of downtown.

The out of pocket healthcare costs are very reasonable. For an employee plus children, it's $200 a month. The company contributes 2% to your 401k. The best perk though is the ability to work from home when you need to. This is very helpful, especially when you have children in school and need to be home with them on their days off.

Option to work from home is nice.
