Great insurance at a reasonable price, and 35% discount on all merchandise and food, at Christmas they give you 50% discount and a gift card for a varied amount depending on your length of employment,

    Former Retail in Birmingham, Alabama

I suppose the benefits are in line with other companies' benefits; however, very few employees are given the hours needed to fully take advantage of them.

  • Oct 30, 2014
    Current Cashier in Madison, Alabama

Great discount 20% for 1-3 stars, 35% for 4 stars (stars on apron represent skill level). Insurance not that great.

    Former Server in Nashville, Tennessee

Nothing good, very expensive and covers very little. Must be full time less than 5% of servers are full time year round.

  • Sep 30, 2014
Current server in Saint Clairsville, Ohio

This does not apply to me as I was a part-time worker.

    Former Hostess in Seffner, Florida

Didn't make or work enough to have any of the benefits. Vacation time off after a year. Ways to advance in your department using the PAR system.

  • Aug 8, 2014
    Current Employee in Lakeland, Tennessee

The worse thing is you have to get the whole package for health benefits. You just can not get vision or dental by themselves. They offer overtime, paid vacation, and holiday pay,

  • Aug 8, 2014
Current Retail in Columbia, South Carolina

Great place to work. Par program lets you move up and get discounts and raises.

  • Aug 18, 2014
Current Employee in No Oaks, Minnesota

Coverage has very low maximum payouts. So if you ever really need the medical help in a given year, you will max out quickly and have to pay everything out of pocket. I've seen this happen to several co-workers.

  • Aug 12, 2014
Former Retail Associate in Fairburn, Georgia

There really isn't any benefits if you don't work full time which they try real hard no to give you.
