Flexible schedule, health insurance after 1 year, Discounts on food and retail purchases, discounts on purchases from other companies that have relationships with the company, discount tickets to places and hotels.

Employee discount better than any other restaurant I've seen (even your friends get 20% off if they dine with you), but vision/dental/medical is really only feasible financially if you're PAR 4 which means you have a minimum of a year working there. PTO is average of hours worked per week the previous year.

Essentially, benefits are great compared to similar businesses in this industry...if you qualify, but good luck qualifying.

Hard to get enough hours to obtain benefits. Health insurance used to be free for par IV employees, quite a few cutbacks over the years.

    Discount in store
    50% off food when working

It is difficult to move up to a PAR IV. The only benefit you get before being a PAR IV is a 20% discount. It is also very difficult to get health insurance through the company as you need full-time hours to qualify within a year, but Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is a part-time employer.

Benefits package got worse every year. Co pays and premiums went up and coverage went down. Bonus is OK for GM'S but associate manager bonus is terrible. Definitely not worth the work required.

I suppose the benefits are in line with other companies' benefits; however, very few employees are given the hours needed to fully take advantage of them.

Great discount 20% for 1-3 stars, 35% for 4 stars (stars on apron represent skill level). Insurance not that great.

Nothing good, very expensive and covers very little. Must be full time less than 5% of servers are full time year round.

This does not apply to me as I was a part-time worker.
