    "Very Dissatisfied," is an overstatement of Crowne Plazas benefits package as there are little to none. I've encountered multiple employees who have been injured on the job due to poor maintenance, outdated equipment, and managers overly enforcing discipline (which leads to rushed performance that naturally combats the first two points). The only convenient benefit that employers allow employees are paid holidays, flexible hours, and maternity leave (and that you have to fight for, lol).

    the best thing about the benefits package at Crowne Plaza is the 401K plan. Crowne Plaza matches a percentage of my 401K contributions.
