One choice, very high deductible. Insurance pays whay they want and you don't know if you still owe more in the end.

STAY AWAY unless you have thousands of dollars to spend on your health insurance. Its pathetic how bad it is from such a large, profitable company.

While the coverage doesn't cost much, it also doesn't offer much. You have to spend a very significant amount out of pocket for family coverage before the insurance begins to cover most things. When you consider this amount in relation to your salary, it's like taking a serious pay cut. In terms of access, you can go almost anywhere--which is nice--but the cost it just too much. This is my only true complaint about working for DISH Network. If they improved their health insurance I would be 100% happy to be working here.
