    dish is self-insured. cigna health care uses flex pay; you contribute tax-free dollars to to pay for medical care. must commit to tobacco-free life style to obtain dish contributions to your flex-pay.

    Rates are high given that it is essentially a high deductible plan that you could purchase from the marketplace for about the same cost. The employer does not bear much of the burden

    It is a high deductible plan, which can make it difficult to pay the higher bills you can get. Cigna does a good job, but it is what it is.
