    401k - matched up to 3% of income
    Health is reasonably priced - used to be free :(
    Work from home is limited to 30 days a year for taxation reasons (that one person has to ruin everything)

    Decent packages include profit sharing and 401k with company matching up to 3%. Fully vested in 5 years, two options for health plans but copays aren't exactly cheap, and it's not cheap to cover a family either but I don't have experience with that. As far as vacation you get two weeks paid at the start of the year and it's on a schedule for years of service to max out at 6 weeks. Overall the benefits aren't bad ,but that shouldn't necessarily be a reason to work at DST.
