    I give 3 stars because DaVita has some great perks like tuition reimbursement, as long as you stay with them for 3 or 4 years after you finish school I believe. They have 401K but no matching so what's the point, decent PTO, nothing special and NOT GREAT benefits, they provide the bare minimum. I agree with some comments that maybe we should spend a little less for Villagwide and these huge meetings we have every year and get our employees some quality care, you know for the rest of us that aren't making six figure salaries! Just saying.

    The benefits package is pretty standard. It ranges form a less expensive option with a higher deductible and a more expensive one with a lower deductible.

    401K - Company does not match.
    Healthcare Benefits - Domestic partners included, you must jump hoops to keep from having to pay an additional $800 cost. This includes your spouse/domestic partner.
    Bonuses - You must meet goals that are set forth by management to receive bonus. Goals can be unrealistic.
    PTO - Went from 320 hours to 120 hours accumulation per year. The reason for the decrease is to promote physical/mental well being by encouraging employees to take time off. For clinical staff (direct patient care), it can be a challenge as staffing is sometimes kept to a minimal at a clinic.
    Pay - For clinical staff with minimal to no experience, you will get the least pay offered. For experienced staff, you may get a better offer, but not always.

    Pet insurance really and no 401k match. They will take 3% of your money to invest but don't want to add any to it

    Sucks and is VERY expensive.
