Benefits are all on the company website, I wish some things were better explained though.

I feel like the benefits packages are too expensive for server's who make very little per hour.

Company matching savings program offered up to 6% each paycheck - pre-tax. Major discount on food / beverage (alcohol included) / tax / tip at all darden concepts.

Best thing is the 35% off dining at company restaurants.

Since the health care law past, they took away the option to get insurance through them. You had to be 30 hours plus, which is hard to do in restaurants.

I think like any company the fact that you can only make changes to your benefits package once a year is somewhat difficult. However an anniversary checked earned once a year for those who work an average of 30 hours a week is pretty awesome. Its worth 1 or 2 weeks of pay dependent on how long you've been with thh company.

They provided health insurance, competitive 401(k) match, HSA, etc.

The fact that a restaurant corporation even reaches out to its retail employees with a benefits package is amazing and commendable in itself. However the benefits package, while it includes dental, life and vision insurances, only has minimal coverage options in these areas. The co-pays are not much but there is virtually no out of pocket limit (I believe). There are also 401k and Share options.
