You get absolutely nothing from them!

  • Nov 30, 2014
    Current Server in Chicago, Illinois

Benefits are all on the company website, I wish some things were better explained though.

Company matching savings program offered up to 6% each paycheck - pre-tax. Major discount on food / beverage (alcohol included) / tax / tip at all darden concepts.

    Current Server in Pooler, Georgia

I feel like the benefits packages are too expensive for server's who make very little per hour.

Best thing is the 35% off dining at company restaurants.

Former Floor Mananger in Jacksonville, Florida

Since the health care law past, they took away the option to get insurance through them. You had to be 30 hours plus, which is hard to do in restaurants.

I think like any company the fact that you can only make changes to your benefits package once a year is somewhat difficult. However an anniversary checked earned once a year for those who work an average of 30 hours a week is pretty awesome. Its worth 1 or 2 weeks of pay dependent on how long you've been with thh company.
