    Salary meh. Commission good if you make quota; great if you really surpass it. Only downside, does it work. That's ad life..

    Great amount of PTO (at one year = 4 weeks) plus major holidays. Hours are great & flexible schedules. Also, commission structure rewards those who work hard.

    Change- I believe they should introduce remote work as well.

    The base pay at $30,000 is low compared to other tech companies in Seattle. The commissions can be pretty good but if you miss quota you're hurting. Medical and dental coverage don't kick in for 90-days and the plan is average. There is a medical savings account but that's about it.
