    Lots of health insurance options including medical, vision, dental, many affordable and high-end plans that are partially (if not majorly) sponsored by the company. Good pretax deductions for public transit via Wageworks - 401K also exists and is decent- stock options are also considered generous.

    Company really offers the bare min: holidays that are required, 15 days PTO (this includes sick time), insurance, and occasional lunches. This may be better than most companies, but does not compete with many other Bay Area startups.
