The best part is the tuition benefits since the cost of graduate schools is insane this makes it reasonable to go back to school. Almost to the point that it would be stupid not to. There are also other discounts on things from mobile plans to vacations.

401k matching at 4% - 100% vested within first year. Able to take undergraduate/graduate courses for free...anything above $5250 in courses per year is then considered taxable income and taken in increments from paycheck. Good healthcare benefit options. PTO availability is fair but extended time off is not easy to take. Work from home flexibility is heavily dependent on position but typically not encouraged - however company seems to be making changes to accommodate flex schedule requests.

It just comparable to the industry.

Incredibly rich benefits package that rivals any employer. 401k, FSA, Tuition Assistance, etc.

Current Student Finance Analyst in Chicago, Illinois

The company perks are few and far between, but within each functional group there are more effective perks in the form of lunches and parties. The health and medical benefits are standard, nothing great nothing awful

    Former advisor in Chicago, Illinois

Your degree at 3 classes a year is covered. Insurance was offered through United Healthcare and for a family of four came to about $350 a paycheck...ughhh!

  • Sep 5, 2014
Former Admissions Advisor in New York, New York State

Standard benefits package such as life, health, and dental. Your typical 10 days off for vacation and 5 days of personal leave. Local management has discretion over how you take your vacation time, so it can be limited to some degree.

Retirement plan is great, health benefit is not so good
