Tuition reimbursement and health club reimbursement are the best things about our benefits package.

Current Senior Software Engineer in Lake Success, New York State

Extremely Expensive - $600 for family coverage.

Worst I have had yet, but still covers everything. The new life team add ins look promising, but they are slow to implement it. Yoga deals instead of golf or tennis or bowling discounts, meh.

Terrible parental leave policy. All employees, male and female, are given one week. Employees can take all of their paid time off, and can go on short-term disability, but one week is ridiculous for a company that is trying to position itself as a good place for people looking to settle at a great company.

Below average for companies of same size in Greater NY area. Definitely benefits will not be the reason will draw you to this company.

    Current Employee in Sacramento, California

PTO is slightly less than average. Insurance is a bit more than average.

has health insurance, 401k, pays for part of your healthcare deductible, not sure of all the rest of the benefits. Pays to send you to traiing out of state. Reimburses you for any out of pocket expenses.

Best part would be large amount of PTO offered, unfortunately PTO days do not rollover after the calendar year and are not paid out either.
Heath insurance is less than stellar. I miss my old PPO plan, this HSA leaves much to be desired.

401k match is based on company performance; so are bonuses. Only Christmas Day off. Med Benefits are pricey and cover your basic needs. Opportunity to earn "benefits points" based on health challenges/assessments.

stock purchase plan and medical savings plan - both very good. The medical plan has a high deductable and it's sometimes hard to get them to cover things you need, like an MRI or CT Scan. But it's 2014 and I hear this is difficult for everyone everywhere. So I put up with it.
